Sadie was a sweet and beloved 17 week old boxer puppy that had been sick for two weeks, in and out of the hospital. The family could no longer pay the medical expenses required to treat her life-threatening condition, and that’s when the family was referred to Hand and Paw.

Through financial support from Hand and Paw, Sadie continued to receive medical care at a 24 hour hospital while diagnostic testing continued.

Sadie’s condition was finally diagnosed, and although it was a terminal condition, the family finally had answers and the small comfort of knowing every medical option had been explored.
