We’ve met people from all backgrounds at the Boise homeless shelter and winter warming center. Here’s a sweet puppy that we met sleeping on the cold concrete floor with his owner on an early Saturday morning. We outfitted the puppy with a warm winter coat, and provided nourishing food and treats.
